Shipping & returns


Shipping charges for addresses in The Netherlands are 6,00 EUR. 



Most of our products can be shipped to international addresses. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and its destination. To determine shipping rates, simply use the shipping estimator at the shopping cart page. You can also view the shipping costs at step 1 of the checkout process. Here you can review your order with the added shipping and handling charges, before entering your credit card details. Orders are usually shipped within 3 working days. Below you can find an indication how long it will take to deliver to your country. Please note that this is just an estimate. There can be delays, for example when there is a security alert or during the holiday season. Also, please be aware that due to Covid-19 shipping can take longer than usual.

The Netherlands: 1-3 working days
Europe: 3 - 7 working days
Outside Europe: 7-15 working days 

Please be aware that if a package can not be delivered to you the package will be returned to us and unfortunately we have to charge you again for the shipping costs to get it delivered to you again. 

Please make sure that the address details provided to us are correct. If a package gets lost because you have given us the incorrect address we can not be held responsible. If a lost or unclaimed package has been returned to us we can send it again but we then have to charge additional shipping costs.

The customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes incurred during shipment. These totals are levied by shipment location's government and are not affiliated or charged by us. Returned or refused packages will be refunded less any incurred shipment costs and/or unpaid taxes and duties.  Please contact your local customs bureau for additional tax and duty information and/or local tax estimates.

Luckily it rarely happens but in case a package is lost we can start an investigation one month after the date that the package was handed over to our courier.


We do our very best to offer you a unique and pleasant shopping experience and we hope you will be happy with the items you purchase from Le Souk. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Email us at to notify us of a return/exchange. You will then receive a return number and return address. All returns/exchanges must be in new, unused condition. We will send you the refund as soon as the product is received by us. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the costs for returning the package are for the customer. Returns sent from non EU countries can be subjected by import taxes and duties. These must be paid by the customer and are subtracted from the refund.
